What inspired you to work in this field: I wanted a position where no two days were the same, and I could really make a difference. I believe being the first and even last person someone interacts with when entering or exiting an establishment definitely leaves a lasting impression. I enjoy talking with people and possess a natural talent for easily connecting on empathetic levels which encourages me to do everything I can to solve any administrative issues and brighten their day.
