WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THIS FIELD?

One of my undergraduate professors was a Clinical Psychologist and an advisor and our talks helped to develop my interest. I had a friend years ago who was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and I became interested in the research and treatment models as she began her therapy. As a former Preschool Center Director, I spent a good deal of time listening to and helping the teachers and assistants who came into my office with problems. Through prayer and these  experiences, I decided to apply to the Doctoral Program at Regent University.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?

In my free time, I typically ride my horse and care for her out at the farm in NC where she lives. I also walk and bike ride on the Outer Banks.
