What inspired you to work in this field?  Having lived the military life for over 20 years, and being part of a first responder family, I developed a deep understanding of the unique cultural challenges faced by these communities. This background fueled a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals navigating trauma and stress, motivating me to pursue a career in the mental health field.

What do you do in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy sitting on my porch with a cup of tea, reading, and diving into my studies. I love throwing my boots on to dig in the garden, do farm work, visit my bee hives, go kayaking, go for long drives in the fall, or do anything outdoors with my family. I believe that learning is a lifestyle and enjoy making the most of every moment.
