What inspired you to work in this field? I have always had a heart for helping others and love being able to come alongside my clients as they find healing and reach their goals. In addition, I also have a passion to help support marriages and families to become stronger and increase in healthy functioning. I believe that the family holds so much value as the foundational unit of society, as well as the source of healthy development in individuals. As a family systems therapist, I see it all as intertwined: promoting healing in individuals contributes to healthier family units, and assisting the marriage or family to function more constructively supports improved functioning of its individual members.
What do you do in your free time? I love reading fiction novels, going to the beach, hiking, biking, cooking, and spending time with my family.
Currently accepting self-pay, CIGNA, and Medicaid (Anthem, Optima, Magellan & Aetna) insurance.
