Education: Master of Arts in Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regent University, and Registered Play Therapist.
Experience: I have experience with individuals of all ages and treat a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, emotional issues, personality disorders, OCD, and relationship issues. Also, children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, ODD, family conflicts/family stressors, and stressors related to school.
Specialties: Attachment Based, CBT, Play Therapy, EMDR, Christian Counseling, Solution Focused therapy, Marital therapy, Trauma and Sandtray.
What inspired me to pursue a career in this field? To help those in struggling with mental health issues as well as help clients heal. I enjoy working with clients to reach their goals and live a more fulfilling life.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I am an avid reader and enjoy learning new skills and techniques to better assist my clients in reaching their goals.
