Dealing with issues such as coping skills, anger management, stress management, behavioral issues, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorders, chronic impulsivity, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, dual diagnosis, emotional disturbances, family conflict, life transitions, oppositional defiant, parenting, peer relations, self-esteem, sexual abuse, spirituality, trauma & PTSD.

What inspired you to work in this field? Getting to know others and building connections has always been a passion of mine! Growing up, I always strived for open communication and helping others. Understanding the diverse paths we may take and accepting that we all come from different backgrounds has a beauty in itself.

What do you do in your free time? Spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and being on the water, listening to music.
